We will coordinate deliveries and escort service personnel.
Arrange for services like general maintenance, carpet
cleaning, professional cleaning, pressure washing and
window cleaning, etc. Per your directives. The regular fee
for these services is $20.00 per hour with a $20.00 minimum
If you have tenants or lessee and can’t be here, we will
welcome them and make sure they check in and out
properly. We will also make the final inspection to release
their security deposit. Check-in and check-out service is
billed separately at $25.00 per event. Example: Check-in is
$25.00 and Check-out is $25.00.
